I recommend a follow-up appointment (which can be held remotely) within 4-6 weeks of your initial appointment. Most individual cases can be resolved within 3 months; however, chronic illness and pain will need more time and patience. 

If you are managing chronic pain or emotional trauma, a weekly session may offer the best results.

Athletes are recommended to schedule sessions 6-8 weeks prior to competitive events, or monthly for maintenance.
